My name is Hirokazu Ogawa, and I run this office as an independent legal support professional based in Yokohama. I started MONDO Immigration & Legal Services to offer clear, trustworthy, and bilingual support for foreign nationals living in or moving to Japan.
With a legal background and a deep interest in languages and cross-cultural communication, I help clients with visa and residency procedures, company setup, international inheritance, and legal document translation.
My goal is to make Japanese administrative and legal procedures easier to understand for non-Japanese speakers, and to provide personalized support tailored to each client's situation.
